The Role
The role will deliver high-quality Japanese language instruction to employees and teams across the company. You will develop lesson plans, conduct training sessions, and provide language support for professional communication in a corporate environment. You will also work closely with HR and management to assess learning needs and track progress

Description
- Conduct Japanese language classes for employees at different proficiency levels
- Develop customized lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
- Support business communication, email writing, presentations, and meetings in Japanese
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with HR and team leaders to identify language training needs
- Organize language workshops, cultural awareness sessions, and learning resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Japanese Language, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Japanese
- JLPT N2 or higher proficiency required
- Strong understanding of corporate communication and professional language use
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to design engaging lessons and adapt teaching to diverse learning styles
