The Role
The role will deliver high-quality Japanese language instruction to employees and teams across the company. You will develop lesson plans, conduct training sessions, and provide language support for professional communication in a corporate environment. You will also work closely with HR and management to assess learning needs and track progress

Description
Conduct Japanese language classes for employees at different proficiency levels
Develop customized lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
Support business communication, email writing, presentations, and meetings in Japanese
Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with HR and team leaders to identify language training needs
Organize language workshops, cultural awareness sessions, and learning resources
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Japanese Language, Education, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Japanese
JLPT N2 or higher proficiency required
Strong understanding of corporate communication and professional language use
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to design engaging lessons and adapt teaching to diverse learning styles
