The Role
The role will oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including financial reporting, and cost accounting. You will ensure the accuracy of financial data, support audits, and provide timely financial insights to management while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards

Our client is a well-established paint manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality decorative, industrial, and protective coatings
Description
- Manage full accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, asset management, and cost accounting
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely completion
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost optimization across operations
- Good communication skills in both English and Burmese
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as LCCI Level III, or ACCA preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar tax laws, financial reporting standards, and accounting best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Odoo) and strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and attention to detail
