As the Admission Officer, you will oversee the school’s admissions operations, from inquiry management to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective families while supporting the school’s strategic growth and diversity objectives.

Description

• Manage the full admissions cycle, from inquiries to student enrollment
• Coordinate campus visits, interviews, and assessment procedures
• Maintain accurate student records and manage the admissions database
• Provide guidance to prospective families regarding curriculum, school policies, and programs
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives to attract prospective families
• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to align enrollment with school capacity
• Assist in the preparation of admissions reports and statistical analyses
• Represent the school at educational fairs, events, and community activities
•  Support strategic initiatives related to student recruitment and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in school admissions, student services, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of international school systems and educational programs
• Proficiency in English required
•  Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Experience with CRM or student information systems preferred
