The Role
The role involves supporting the overall finance function including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, accounts management, audit support, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures in a dynamic marketing agency environment.

Description
- Assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Managing daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
- Monitoring financial transactions and ensuring accuracy of financial records
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant stakeholders when required
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations
- Preparing financial analysis and management reports to support business decisions
- Overseeing invoice processing, payment schedules, and expense tracking
- Supporting process improvements and maintaining effective internal controls within the finance department
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA or other accounting qualifications are an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting functions
- Proven experience in accounting or finance functions with strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally and accurately
