The Role

Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance to support the hospital's operational excellence and strategic objectives.

Description

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with the hospital’s objectives and local labor regulations
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing across all departments
• Manage employee performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance management, and conflict resolution
• Handle compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management in compliance with company policies
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies
• Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and provide recommendations to support management decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Burmese, with strong verbal and written communication skills
