Description

• Oversee daily accounting and finance activities, including month-end close and routine transaction processing
• Review and check payment vouchers, receipts, advances, and expense claims, ensuring completeness and adherence to policy
• Monitor and manage treasury functions to ensure cash flow across bank accounts, digital wallets, and merchant systems to ensure operational liquidity
• Supervise accounts are receivable and payable to secure timely collections and disbursements
• Check, review, and analyze financial statements (trial balance and General Ledger balances) for monthly reporting
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes; track variances and provide explanations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and help enforce expenditure controls to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards while mitigating potential risks
• Supervise, lead, and support team to maintain quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Deliver ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance management
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
