The Role

This position requires a detail-oriented and strategic finance professional who can analyze financial performance, support budgeting processes, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. A key focus of the role is developing financial models, identifying business trends, and partnering with cross functional teams to support commercial and operational decision-making

Description

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze monthly performance and provide key variances, insights, and recommendations to management 
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions 
• Partner with departments across operations, sales, and supply chain to evaluate financial impact and improve business efficiency
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and regional headquarters
• Support scenario planning, cost analysis, and profitability evaluations
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification such as CFA / ACCA / CPA preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance within a multinational or international organization
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data. 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly desirable
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across multicultural teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
