• Responsible for supporting recruitment & staffing operations, talent sourcing, coordination, and ensuring smooth end to end hiring processes within a fast growing F&B business
• Up to 1,000,000 MMK plus Other Allowances

The Role

A key role supporting recruitment and staffing functions, ensuring smooth talent acquisition processes, workforce planning, and coordination across various departments within a dynamic and rapidly expanding F&B business

Description

• Support end-of-end recruitment and staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring
• Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain candidate databases
• Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Prepare recruitment reports and support HR projects as assigned

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; HR-related qualifications are a plus
• 1–3 years of recruitment or HR support experience, preferably in the F&B or FMCG sector
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills 
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment 
• Good English proficiency and computer literacy
