A key role supporting recruitment and staffing functions, ensuring smooth talent acquisition processes, workforce planning, and coordination across various departments within a dynamic and rapidly expanding F&B business

Description
- Support end-of-end recruitment and staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring
- Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain candidate databases
- Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Prepare recruitment reports and support HR projects as assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; HR-related qualifications are a plus
- 1–3 years of recruitment or HR support experience, preferably in the F&B or FMCG sector
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good English proficiency and computer literacy
