This role will oversee recruitment operations, workforce planning, talent sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and process optimization within a fast-paced FMCG environment

Description
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and ensure timely hiring across all functions
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs, forecast hiring demands, and build long-term talent pipelines
- Strengthening employer branding through recruitment campaigns, career fairs, partnerships, and digital initiatives
- Improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal hiring policies, and reporting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in management role and talent acquisition or recruitment management
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and interviewing methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Must be proficient in English
