The Role

This role is responsible for leading and managing all financial activities within the company. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, product costing, pricing, and compliance while supporting senior leadership with key financial insights to drive business performance

Description

• Lead all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial policies
• Manage cost control processes across manufacturing operations to improve profitability
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and asset management to ensure financial stability
• Implement and strengthen financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Support strategic planning and investment analysis for business expansion and operational improvements
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
• Manage and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA or CPA preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in senior finance roles, ideally within manufacturing or related industries
• Strong understanding of Myanmar accounting standards, tax laws, and financial best practices
• Experience in cost accounting and financial analysis related to manufacturing operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills: fluency in English and Burmese preferred
