- Responsible for supporting the CEO in managing strategic insurance initiatives through effective project planning, execution, and performance reporting to ensure alignment, compliance, and operational efficiency across underwriting, claims, and policy functions

Exciting opportunity for a proactive Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the CEO in executing strategic insurance initiatives through effective planning, coordination, and performance tracking to ensure alignment, compliance, and operational efficiency

Our client is an Insurance Services company which is mainly providing the best practices of insurance products to the customers in Myanmar.
Description
- Lead and manage strategic insurance projects to ensure alignment with corporate goals, regulatory standards, and overall business strategy
- Develop project dashboards, timelines, and executive reports to support CEO decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and digital transformation in areas such as policy, claims, and analytics
- Standardize project management practices, track risks and milestones, and provide timely, accurate reports to executive leadership
- Serve as a liaison among department heads, the CEO, and the board to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing PMO frameworks, tools, and process enhancements
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and a knowledge base of best practices and lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Candidates with prior experience in Project Management or PMO roles will be preferred
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulations, and business processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in PMO and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with executive leadership
