- Responsible mainly for regular monitoring of Budgeting & Forecasting, Accounting and Reporting. The role partners closely with Financial Controller, Cost Center owners and cross functional team to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.

Description
- Lead and coordinate monthly financial closing and internal reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key financial information.
- Manage and oversee external and regulatory reporting to ensure full compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze key financial indicators and trends, providing insights and updates to the Financial Controller, CFO, and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate capital and tax reporting processes, working closely with tax agents and liaising with regulatory authorities on compliance matters.
- Serve as the main contact person for year-end audits, organizing audit scope, facilitating smooth audit execution, and escalating audit findings to senior management when required.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely submission of accurate financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
- Create effective coordination between business teams and the Controller’s function to support efficient closing and reporting deliverables.
- Participate in finance-related projects and perform assigned duties in coordination with local and regional colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; CPA or ACCA qualification is an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial sector with exposure to working closely with sales-related functions
- Proven experience in project execution, data analysis, and financial management, with a strong record of meeting timelines and budget requirements
- Strong willingness to enhance analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in both English and Burmese
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with solid working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
