•  Responsible for supporting financial advisory services including client portfolio analysis, investment recommendations, market research, and preparation of financial reports to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

 

•  Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

 

The Role

Exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and market-driven Financial Advisory Associate to support securities trading activities through accurate reporting, market research, and client servicing. This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of capital markets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

 

About the Company

Our client is a Securities Services company which is mainly providing brokerage services, equity trading, and capital market solutions to clients in Myanmar.

 

Description

• Responsible for supporting IPO advisory services by visiting potential listing companies, promoting listing opportunities, and assisting throughout the listing/registration process.
• Conduct research on Myanmar companies and industries and support financial and business due diligence activities including on-site visits and document reviews.
•  Assist in preparing project timelines, drafting meeting minutes, collecting and reviewing required documents, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution.
•  Support compliance processes by conducting KYC checks, coordinating screenings, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements set by relevant authorities.
•  Participate in preparing prospectuses, reviewing financial statements, and providing recommendations to enhance financial presentation and capital structure.
•  Act as a liaison between clients and regulatory bodies, while supporting investment projects and cross-border business collaborations.

Requirements

•  Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is preferable.
•  Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts
•  Prior experience in accountancy, consultancy, or finance-related roles will be an advantage
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
•  Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
•  Positive attitude, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic working environment
•  Good command of written and spoken English and Myanmar
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting knowledge
