Bancassurance Sales Team Lead at a Well-known Financial Services in Yangon

  • Responsible for leading, managing, and driving the performance of Direct and Corporate Bancassurance Sales teams within an assigned territory
  • Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

The Role

Exciting opportunity for a results-driven and dynamic Bancassurance Sales Team Lead to manage and grow sales performance within an assigned territory. This role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and strategic thinking to drive team productivity, enhance customer experience, and achieve business targets in a competitive environment

Description

  • Achieve area-level sales targets by setting clear goals and monitoring team performance
  • Break down targets into individual KPIs and analyze sales trends to implement effective improvement strategies
  • Drive consistent sales activities, ensuring strong prospecting, pipeline management, and closing effectiveness
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team members while providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field visits to build a high-performing and customer-focused team
  • Oversee daily sales operations including client meetings, referrals, events, and roadshows to maximize productivity
  • Monitor key activity metrics and support complex or high-value cases to ensure successful deal closures
  • Ensure strong compliance, maintain high ethical standards, and submit accurate reports while enhancing customer experience and brand presence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in direct sales or insurance sales management
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
