- Responsible for leading, managing, and driving the performance of Direct and Corporate Bancassurance Sales teams within an assigned territory
- Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

Description
- Achieve area-level sales targets by setting clear goals and monitoring team performance
- Break down targets into individual KPIs and analyze sales trends to implement effective improvement strategies
- Drive consistent sales activities, ensuring strong prospecting, pipeline management, and closing effectiveness
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team members while providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field visits to build a high-performing and customer-focused team
- Oversee daily sales operations including client meetings, referrals, events, and roadshows to maximize productivity
- Monitor key activity metrics and support complex or high-value cases to ensure successful deal closures
- Ensure strong compliance, maintain high ethical standards, and submit accurate reports while enhancing customer experience and brand presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in direct sales or insurance sales management
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
