• Responsible for commission and incentive calculations, sales data reporting, performance analysis, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team
• Up to 1,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

Our client is an Insurance Services company which is mainly providing the best practices of insurance products to the customers in Myanmar

Description

• Prepare and manage sales reports, records, and documentation 
• Support sales team with incentive calculation, claims, and expense tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, HR, etc.) for reporting and approvals
• Ensure accuracy of sales data in systems and databases
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and business reports
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or a related role (preferably in financial services or banking)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of sales processes, reporting, and data management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams
