Description
- Lead strategic planning initiatives and develop mid-to-long-term business strategies
- Perform financial modelling, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis for new business opportunities.
- Analyse business performance and provide insights to Management and Executive Team for decision support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Marketing) to align operational goals with strategic objectives.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and business performance dashboard
- Support budget planning and track financial KPIs against business plans.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Corporate Planning, FP&A or Business Analysis within Insurance or Financial services or Telecommunication Industry
- Strong understanding of insurance business models and financial drivers.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and/or Burmese, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
