• Responsible for strategic business planning, performance monitoring, and financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Up to MMK 5,000,000 plus other allowances

Our client is an International Insurance Services company which is mainly providing the best practices of insurance products to the customers in Myanmar. 

Description

•  Lead strategic planning initiatives and develop mid-to-long-term business strategies
•  Perform financial modelling, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis for new business opportunities.
•  Analyse business performance and provide insights to Management and Executive Team for decision support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Marketing) to align operational goals with strategic objectives.
•  Prepare management reports, presentations, and business performance dashboard
• Support budget planning and track financial KPIs against business plans.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Corporate Planning, FP&A or Business Analysis within Insurance or Financial services or Telecommunication Industry
• Strong understanding of insurance business models and financial drivers.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•  Fluent in English and/or Burmese, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
