Description
- Support the development and execution of agency business strategies and annual plans.
- Analyse agency performance, productivity, and recruitment data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Assist in planning agency growth initiatives, incentive programs, and sales campaigns.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate with Sales, Training, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of agency initiatives.
- Monitor agency KPIs and support performance tracking against targets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, sales planning, agency support, strategy, or business planning roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working with sales or agency distribution channels is highly preferred
- Proficient in data analysis, presentation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and/or Burmese, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
