• Understand clients’ business goals and challenges to develop effective marketing and communication strategies.
• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate Account Managers and Executives to deliver exceptional service and results.
• Oversee all account activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing agency and at least 3 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions.
