Head of Operations at a Leading Digital Learning Platform in Yangon, Myanmar
- Responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the digital learning platform
- Up to 3,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
- Oversee all operational functions, including platform management, content delivery, customer support, and partnerships
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams across operations, customer service, and support functions
- Implement automation, data-driven decision-making, and digital tools to streamline operations
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute expansion strategies (new products, geographies, partnerships)
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in the related industry and at least 3 years of experience at the management level
- Bachelor’s degree holders and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Develop and implement operational plans that align with the platform's educational objectives
