Description

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with company objectives
• Ensure sales plans are implemented effectively across General Trade, Modern Trade, and B2B/Key Accounts
• Build a high-performance sales culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and recognition
• Optimize distribution network to improve coverage, availability, and market penetration

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the related industry and at least 4 years of experience in the management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across national channels
