Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards
- Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and service standards to maintain excellent customer experience
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, food festivals, and customer engagement activities to increase sales
- Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and staff development
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in the related industry and at least 3 years of experience at the management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
