Commercial Support & Sales Capability Manager at a Leading Beverage Company in Yangon, Myanmar

  • Responsible for enhancing business performance by leveraging advanced data analytics, delivering insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations, underpinned by a deep expertise in the FMCG beverage industry.
  • Up to 3,500,000 MMK per month and other allowances

Description

  • Independently develop and deliver comprehensive sales, distribution, and commercial reports (sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, coverage, productivity)
  • Create clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for senior leadership
  • Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives through performance evaluation
  • Calculate ROI and evaluate outcomes to inform future commercial decisions
  • Analyse RTM efficiency, including coverage, route productivity, and outlet universe.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
  • Business English is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships
