• Supervise and guide sales teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer engagement
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of store operations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the related industry
• Bachelor’s degree holders and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Intermediate English is a must
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns
