- Oversee and optimize the full supply chain cycle from procurement to distribution for a fast-growing local group
- Up to 2,500,000 MMK + Allowances
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to take on a leadership role in a large and diversified business group. You will be responsible for shaping strategies, driving efficiency, and ensuring smooth logistics operations across the company

The Role
- Design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Forecast demand and manage stock levels using market and sales data
- Oversee inventory control to reduce wastage and optimize turnover
- Manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Build strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and partners to ensure cost-effective delivery
- Monitor KPIs and initiate process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
- Implement risk management plans to prevent supply chain disruptions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulations
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and planning, including managerial roles
- Strong business process evaluation and improvement skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and project execution
- High integrity and strong ethical standards in supplier and procurement dealings
- Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus
