- Up to 1,300,000 MMK plus allowances
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated logistics professional to join a major retail organization in Yangon. You will support the Warehouse and Distribution Manager in optimizing warehouse performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring accurate inventory and timely deliveries

Our client is a prominent retailer in Myanmar with a wide range of products distributed across multiple locations. Committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, the company is expanding its warehouse and logistics team to support growing demand
The Role
- Support daily warehouse operations including cross-docking, sorting of imported and local items, storage management, and route planning
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, federal and local regulations, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular physical counts, and reconcile Advanced Excel
- Manage overstock, expiry dates, and shrinkage (damage, loss, or expired items)
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity
- Schedule employee tasks, monitor progress, and ensure operational requirements are met
- Implement and maintain security procedures to safeguard warehouse operations and assets
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support management decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline distribution and delivery processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related field
- Strong leadership, supervision, and coaching skills
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
- Proficient in reporting, analyzing information, and operational planning
- Knowledge of warehouse equipment and maintenance practices
