You will oversee procurement activities, ensure timely delivery of medical and technical supplies, maintain supplier standards, and support operational excellence across departments

The Role
- Coordinate the full procurement lifecycle, including requisition, sourcing, supplier evaluation, order placement, and delivery tracking
- Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality products, and reliable delivery schedules
- Maintain and update supplier databases and monitor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Collaborate with finance, warehouse, and technical teams to optimize procurement planning, inventory management, and cost efficiency
- Support quality assurance by verifying that procured materials meet technical specifications and regulatory standards
- Prepare procurement reports, maintain accurate records, and provide insights to support decision-making and cost-control initiatives
- Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with government agencies or logistics partners when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in healthcare, laboratory, or technical services
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with Myanmar procurement regulations and import/export procedures is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / FIS preferred)
- At least Business English
