• Lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and efficient distribution
• Salary is up to 2,500,000 MMK plus allowances

The Role

This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who can take full ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control, and team supervision. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth material flow, accurate stock management, and strong coordination across departments

The Role

• Take overall responsibility for warehouse operations in line with company policies and operational objectives
• Manage daily activities including receiving, storage, dispatch, and general warehouse upkeep
• Ensure materials are systematically stored and clearly organized for easy tracking and retrieval
• Monitor and maintain high accuracy across all warehouse transactions and stock movements
• Implement and improve warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency and control
• Track warehouse performance indicators and staff productivity, preparing regular performance reports
• Prepare and submit monthly stock balance and demand planning reports to management
• Compile and share weekly reports covering material balances, deliveries, issues, and damages
• Work closely with sales, purchasing, and other internal teams to support timely order fulfillment
• Maintain strict standards for workplace health, safety, and security within the warehouse
• Supervise and support the production store and store accounts functions
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to build a capable and reliable team

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience managing warehouse or inventory operations
• Strong understanding of stock control, reporting, and warehouse best practices
• Ability to lead teams and enforce operational discipline
• Good coordination and communication skills across departments
• Comfortable working with reports, documentation, and inventory records
