The Role
Drive quality, safety, and compliance systems across PET packaging manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a quality-focused professional with strong experience in integrated management systems within manufacturing. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving QMS, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.

Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain integrated management systems covering quality, safety, environment, and food safety
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO and FSSC across manufacturing operations
- Plan and conduct internal audits while coordinating with external auditors and certification bodies
- Monitor product quality standards in PET manufacturing, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Oversee GMP and food safety practices to meet industry and customer requirements
- Support environmental compliance including waste management, recycling, and energy efficiency initiatives
- Manage workplace safety practices, ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for non-conformities and customer complaints
- Prepare and present reports on system performance, audit findings, and improvement actions
- Conduct training programs for employees on quality systems, SOPs, and safety procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QMS or IMS roles within manufacturing environments (plastics, packaging, or food industry preferred)
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and/or FSSC 22000 is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as injection molding and material properties
- Good knowledge of quality systems, compliance, and audit processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in English and Burmese
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
