The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced production professional to oversee factory operations within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for production planning, team management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Description

• Manage day-to-day production operations to ensure output targets, efficiency, and product quality standards are achieved
• Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts and operational capacity
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and manufacturing quality standards
• Supervise and lead production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance management
• Coordinate closely with maintenance, quality assurance, warehouse, and procurement teams to support smooth operations
• Monitor raw material usage and production waste to improve cost efficiency
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, safety procedures, and factory regulations
• Prepare regular production reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management review
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best manufacturing practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Food Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within FMCG, beverage, or food manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing operations, and process improvement
• Good understanding of ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems
• Proven leadership experience managing factory teams and production staff
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
