• Lead large-scale construction and development projects, driving delivery, quality, cost, timelines, and stakeholder coordination

The Role

For an experienced Project Director to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects. This senior position will oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning and coordination through construction, completion, and handover, while providing strategic direction to multidisciplinary project teams

About the Company

Our client is a property development and construction organization managing large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The Project Director will work closely with senior management, internal departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet business and delivery objectives

Description

• Take overall ownership of project delivery from planning and mobilization through construction, completion, and final handover
• Establish project strategies, priorities, schedules, and execution plans in line with approved objectives
• Monitor project performance against agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and resource requirements
• Work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, QS, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, and other internal teams
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other external partners
• Review project drawings, specifications, plans, and technical requirements to identify potential issues and ensure alignment
• Oversee project budgets, expenditure, cash flow, resource allocation, variations, claims, and contract-related matters
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency while ensuring resources are used effectively
• Monitor construction quality, site performance, safety, and compliance with approved designs, specifications, regulations, and company procedures
• Identify potential project risks relating to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and resources, and establish appropriate mitigation measures
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, QS professionals, site teams, and other project personnel
• Establish clear objectives and performance expectations while promoting effective collaboration across project teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations, address major project issues, and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Reporting to the BOD

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master’s Degree or professional certification in Project Management is an advantage
• 10–15 years of experience in construction, property development, or project management
• Strong practical experience across real estate development, construction, and project management
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of construction management, project planning, budgeting, contracts, quality control, and project delivery
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant project management software
