The Role

• Serve as Program Management Office (PMO) lead for enterprise-wide Operational Excellence and Transformation projects, ensuring delivery of measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, service quality, and customer experience
• Lead the organization’s Power Platform digital automation strategy, including enterprise-wide deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps and Power Automate), to digitize workflows and remove operational bottlenecks
• Establish, mentor, and oversee Departmental Automation Champions to build sustainable in-house automation capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Act as a change leader, promoting innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen organizational agility and competitiveness 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering of Business Administration
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Process Improvement, Business Driven, Automations, Cultural Transformation
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, capacity and resources planning and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and business partners
• Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems
• Technical skills with Power Platform, strategic planning, data analysis, project management, and operational excellence methodologies
