The Role

• Ensure high stability and uptime for Hub & Spoke and Campus Networks
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ISP network issues; identify potential problems
• Configure Site-to-Site and remote access VPNs for secure connectivity
• Install and deploy servers, VMware, storage, applications, databases, and network devices
• Monitor servers, VMs, storage, and network performance to meet business goals
• Plan and execute security patches, OS upgrades, and DB updates with no business disruption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, functional and technical supporting skills
• Strong experience with Network (Routing/Switching) - Mikrotik router and Cisco router
• Good at HUB-spoke networking, DMVPN, and campus Network
• Strong experience with Office 365, ADDS & DNS, Exchange, Cloud, VM, and Storage
• Must strong in English Communication
