The Role
- Ensure high stability and uptime for Hub & Spoke and Campus Networks
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ISP network issues; identify potential problems
- Configure Site-to-Site and remote access VPNs for secure connectivity
- Install and deploy servers, VMware, storage, applications, databases, and network devices
- Monitor servers, VMs, storage, and network performance to meet business goals
- Plan and execute security patches, OS upgrades, and DB updates with no business disruption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, functional and technical supporting skills
- Strong experience with Network (Routing/Switching) - Mikrotik router and Cisco router
- Good at HUB-spoke networking, DMVPN, and campus Network
- Strong experience with Office 365, ADDS & DNS, Exchange, Cloud, VM, and Storage
- Must strong in English Communication
