The Role

• Record the solution in documentation or create an SOP for business requirements
• To manage the IT ticket management system and be able to communicate with local vendors
• To collaborate with the data team for the business report and provide functional support
• Need to install and configuration for the UAT and production sites for business applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, functional and technical supporting skills
• Well-experienced with Retail POS, Retail ERP, SAP, and Warehouse Management System
• Strong experience with MS SQL, Oracle 12c / 19 c, SAP HANA (Prefer), MIT V5, MIT V6
• Must strong in English Communication
