• Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, and processes
• Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus Performance Bonus

The Role

• Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with the company’s objectives. Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks. Ensure robust system security, regular backups, and comprehensive disaster recovery plan
• Monitor IT systems for security breaches, implement protective measures, and ensure compliance with data protection standards
• Lead IT-related projects such as ERP and CRM implementations, cloud migrations, and system upgrades to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or network management
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, cloud)
• Experience with IT project management and vendor management
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery
• Prefer ITIL, PMP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+ knowledge
