The Role

• Lead R&D efforts to identify, evaluate, and implement new solutions, tools, and methodologies that enhance business operations and IT capabilities
• Conduct research and develop Proof of Concepts (POC) for emerging technologies, focusing on AI, machine learning, and model finetuning
• Explore and leverage Azure AI tools, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot to accelerate solution development and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions
• Fine-tune AI models and integrate them into enterprise workflows

Requirements

• Degree in a technical or analytical field with preferred focus on Computer Science or Information Systems
• Minimum 3+ years application development experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to R&D initiatives, driving the exploration and implementation of innovative solutions, tools, and methodologies that advance business and IT objectives
• Hands-on experience with AI model finetuning and deployment
• Proficiency in AI services like Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot.,etc
• Good to have, including cloud platforms (Azure), automation tools, and modern development frameworks
