Senior System Analyst (ERP) at Successful Food & Beverages Company in Yangon

• Manage and optimize ERP operations (Odoo/SAP), including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing/UAT, and documentation
• Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other benefits

Our client is the successful Food & Beverages Company in Yangon

The Role

• Collect requirements from key users (Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance)
• Prepare clear functional requirements / process flows / SOPs for vendor
• Manage vendor communication for system changes, bug fixes, and enhancements
• Ensure vendor provides proper documentation, configuration details, and handover
• Investigate ERP issues and collect evidence (screenshots, logs, transaction references)
• Prepare test scenarios and coordinate user testing (UAT)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in ERP System Analyst / Functional Analyst / ERP Support role
• Experience working with Odoo or SAP (either one is acceptable)
• Strong understanding of ERP processes: Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Invoicing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (user + vendor)
• Good documentation skills (requirements, SOPs, UAT documents)
