About the Company

Our client is an international telecom services company in Myanmar to provide innovative Information and Communication Technology solutions and services

The Role

• Maintain and support Web/Application Servers, databases, portals, and Java-Spring applications
• Troubleshoot issues, develop scripts, and ensure business continuity
• Analyze processes, resolve technical problems, and recommend improvements
• Monitor system performance, KPIs, and prepare reports for business needs
• Handle support calls during office hours and emergencies, following change management and security procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Expert in Linux OS and SQL/PL SQL, including complex queries and DB operations
• Strong understanding of IP networks, TCP/IP, and related troubleshooting tools
• Proficient in XML, Java, SOAP/REST, and network packet analysis (e.g., Wireshark)
• Experienced in shell scripting, DB-links, cursors, and SQL procedures
