Finance Manager at one of the Well-known Group of Companies in Yangon, Myanmar Oversee and implement robust financial controls and finance systems across the group to ensure compliance and efficiency Up to 1,800,000 MMK plus attractive bonus The Role This role requires to lead the preparation, consolidation, and review of annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial reports for all group entities About the Company Our client is a leading group of companies in Myanmar, specializing in a diverse range of products within Myanamar Description Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management Monitor and manage cash flow across multiple entities, optimizing fund allocation and liquidity to meet operational needs Manage group treasury operations, including intercompany loans, funding strategies, and foreign exchange transactions Liaise with banks and financial institutions for operational banking needs, funding, and compliance requirements Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, developing strategies to minimize exposure and ensure business continuity Implement, monitor, and ensure adherence to internal tax controls and documentation standards; manage tax planning and compliance for all branches Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial statements and supporting documents Develop, update, and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA certification is a strong asset Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role Proven experience in financial management, business development, and project management within a group or multi-entity environment Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Prior experience in managing audits, tax compliance, and banking relationships is highly desirable Benefits Transportation Allowance + Other Allowances Career Growth Opportunities This rapidly expanding organization has a structured development plan, providing a clear trajectory for career advancement into a management position in the future For More Information contact Ei Kay Zin Phyo on Telegram @eikay_myworld
